12. Take a flat non-stick pan, pour in olive oil or butter, and heat over high heat. When the oil is hot, add the marinated steak.

13. After locking in moisture on one side, quickly turn it over. About a minute or so. Fry each side for one to two minutes.

14. Choose the doneness according to your preference. (If you like it a little more tender, fry it for a few minutes less. If you like it well-done, fry it a little longer. But be careful not to fry it for too long and do not turn it over and over again, as it will become tough and hard to chew).

15. Pour the red wine and black pepper sauce on top and pair it with your favorite vegetables and enjoy.
