Black pepper fried pork chop recipe

Now that people’s lives are better, they have become more careful about what they eat. In the past, people ate to fill their stomachs. Nowadays people eat it to prolong their life. So, how can we use "eating" to prolong our life? You still have to achieve it by yourself. Now, I will introduce the method of black pepper fried pork chops.

1. Wash the pork and cut it into large slices about half a centimeter thick, and loosen it with the back of a knife. (I used pork that was 30% fat and 70% lean. If you don’t like fat, you can use all lean meat.)

2. Mix one spoon of cooking wine, one spoon of super fresh soy sauce, half spoon of dark soy sauce, half spoon of black pepper and half spoon of sugar with the pork chop until it is well seasoned. (Dark soy sauce, I put too much again.)

3. Heat a frying pan, pour in a thin layer of oil, put in the pork chops and fry slowly over low heat.

4. Cover the pot and simmer for a while.

5. Turn over and continue frying, add appropriate amount of water and cover and simmer for a while.

6. Sprinkle appropriate amount of salt and black pepper according to taste and remove from the heat. Pour the remaining soup in the pot over the pork chops.

The steps for making black pepper fried pork chops are simple, but to do it well, you still need to try and practice seriously. Although the method is important, understanding is more important. Only by truly understanding can you make delicious food.
