How to make spicy oil-splashed little sheep

7.7. Bring the prepared pot to a boil over high heat and add the frozen lamb rolls.

8.8. When the blood color of the mutton roll disappears, take it out immediately and place it on the fried chili peppers for later use.

9.9. Heat another pan of oil, add the remaining peppercorns, star anise and cinnamon into the cold pan, fry on low heat until fragrant, skim off all impurities and leave only the bottom oil.

10.10. Add half a spoon of salt and half a spoon of chicken powder to the chili powder, mix well and sprinkle it on the mutton rolls and sprinkle with some chopped green onions.

11. Pour the boiling oil on the chili powder several times and you are done.
