Pickling white radish is somewhat different from the traditional method of pickling sauerkraut, because if the white radish is pickled for too long, it will become very sour and difficult to swallow. Ingredients: white radish, salt, sugar, soy sauce. Method: 1. Cut the white radish into thin slices.

2. Place the white radish slices in a large bowl.

4. Spread another layer of white radish slices and sprinkle another layer of salt. Repeat several times and leave for 15 minutes.

5. After 15 minutes, pour out the water in the bowl

6. Add a tablespoon of sugar

7. Mix the sugar and white radish slices evenly. Let stand for 15 minutes.

8. After 15 minutes, squeeze out the water in the large bowl with your hands

9. Pour in two tablespoons of soy sauce

10. Pour a spoonful of white vinegar

11. Pour boiled water in until it covers the white radish slices

12. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 days.

1. Seal the box with hot water and let it dry.

2 Prepare a white radish, appropriate amount of rice vinegar, sugar, red pepper and millet pepper for later use.

Close the lid.
