In today’s society, with so many food ordering apps available, how many people are willing to cook their own meals? 3.1 Add a few drops of scallop sauce. I personally think the taste of this scallop sauce is good, the taste is fresh and the saltiness is just right. You don’t need to add salt, otherwise it will be very salty.

5. A little fish sauce. (If you don’t have it, you can leave it out. It can remove the fishy smell and enhance the flavor.)

6. Appropriate amount of black pepper. Adjust to your taste

7. Add all the seasonings and marinate for at least 30 minutes. (Because no seasoning is added during the later frying process, the flavor must be absorbed without destroying the deliciousness of the salmon)

8. I marinated for about two hours, put some oil in the pot (preferably olive oil and vegetable oil)

9. After the oil is heated, add the salmon and fry. The chopped onion, ginger and garlic used for pickling can be thrown away and replaced with new ones. (I also cut a few pieces of King Oyster Mushroom for plating)

10. Fry over medium-low heat throughout the process

11. Serve it on a plate. I strongly recommend adding a few drops of lemon juice for a particularly good taste.
