How to make dry pot Chiba tofu

1. After the tofu is frozen, there will be many small holes, which makes it very tasty. The picture shows the small cubes cut into the frozen tofu after it is thawed.

2. The dry pot Chiba tofu in the restaurant I ate was deep fried frozen tofu. But the tofu I made was fried, the taste was a little worse, but there was not so much oil: ) Use deep fried peppercorns to remove the peppercorn particles, and use part of the peppercorn oil to fry the bean curd. Fry until both sides are golden brown, and don't forget to sprinkle salt when frying the tofu.

3. After the tofu is fried, put it on the plate, add some pepper oil, chopped garlic cloves, scallions, carrots, garlic sprouts, and bell peppers, and stir-fry. Add salt and pepper. Finally, add the fried tofu and chili bean sauce. (I used homemade chili bean sauce, so the chili bean is black: )) Finally, add some light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and oyster sauce.
