How to cook braised catfish in sauce

1. Mix sweet noodle sauce, ketchup, seafood sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce and a little sugar into a rich sauce;

2. Cut catfish into slices, add ginger slices and green onions, and half of the sauce;

3. Wear disposable gloves, mix well, cover with plastic wrap and marinate for two hours;

4. Prepare other raw materials: green beans, French fries and lotus root strips;

5. Add a proper amount of oil to the pot, take out the ginger slices and scallions from the marinated fish and stir-fry them;

6. After the aroma comes out, add the prepared lotus root strips, French fries and green beans and stir fry together;

7. After stir-frying, add appropriate amount of salt for seasoning;

8. Cover the pot and simmer for five minutes;

9. Open the lid and place the marinated fish pieces on the surface of the dish;

10. Pour the marinade and the remaining half of the sauce over the surface of the fish;

11. Cover the pot again, simmer for 10 minutes and then turn off the heat;

12. Serve directly on the table and sprinkle some green onions on the surface.
