How to make Orleans crispy chicken wings

9. Add appropriate amount of oil to the pan and add chicken wings when it is 60% to 70% hot. If you don't use much oil like me, you have to fry the chicken wings in batches.

10. Fry until the surface is golden and crispy and the chicken is cooked through. Remove from the pan and use absorbent paper to absorb excess oil. (Because there are bread crumbs, don’t fry them over high heat like you normally do with other things, the bread crumbs will be black as soon as they are put into the pan)
