Salty and slightly spicy recipe

Remember that your body is your own, so you must control your mouth and spend more time doing it yourself. In order to help you cook more smoothly, I will first introduce the method of making this salty, fresh and slightly spicy dish.

1. Remove the head and tail of the leek shoots, wash and cut into small pieces, add a little salt and marinate for 5 minutes.

2.1 Chop ginger and garlic, and cut green and red peppers into small pieces.

3.2 Chop the pork tenderloin into small cubes, add light soy sauce, rice wine and dry starch, mix well, drizzle with 1 spoon of cooking oil and marinate for 10 minutes.

4.1 Add minced ginger, garlic and fermented black beans and stir-fry until fragrant.

5.2 Place a pot on the fire and heat a proper amount of oil, pour in the diced meat and stir-fry until it turns white.

6. Pour in green and red peppers and stir-fry evenly.

7. Pour in the chives and stir-fry quickly until cooked.

8. Add sugar and stir-fry evenly.

Seeing this, don’t be scared by the salty, fresh and slightly spicy method described above. Although the process is a bit longer, it is very coherent when actually done. So just do it while it is still fresh in your memory.
