How to make steamed fried potatoes

Eating out may seem to save you trouble on the surface, but from a health perspective, it is a very bad habit. Caring for your physical and mental health starts with your diet. So learn from me how to steam and fry potatoes.

1. It was raining today and I couldn’t go out to buy groceries. I only have these three ingredients at home.

2. Peel and shred the potatoes.

3. Pour some water on the potatoes to make them moist.

4. Sprinkle flour and starch on the potatoes. Not too much flour and starch, preferably less starch than flour. Add salt and cumin powder and mix well.

5. Place a layer of plastic wrap on the plate to prevent the potatoes from being easily removed after being steamed.

6. Spread the mixed potatoes evenly on a plate.

7. Steam in a steamer for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and remove from the plate when the potatoes are soft.

8. Cut the cucumber into shreds.

9. Add cooking wine, salt and starch to the shredded pork and mix well.

10. Add oil to the pan, stir-fry the shredded pork, cucumber, soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, sugar, a little water, and preferably starch to thicken.

11. Put it into a small bowl and set aside

12. Heat the pan, add a little oil, and put the steamed potatoes. Note: take the potatoes out of the plate, turn the side covered with plastic wrap upside down in the pan, remove the plastic wrap, and fry the potatoes over low heat.

13. Remove from the pan when both sides are golden brown.

14. Place on a chopping board and cut into small pieces.
