How to make country fried meat

1. Cut the pork belly into slices about 0.4-0.5cm thick

2.1 Chop a small spoonful of fermented black beans and a small spoonful of Pixian bean paste together, put them in a bowl, add a large spoonful of light soy sauce, 1/4 spoonful of sugar, a little pepper powder, and a little pepper powder to make a sauce for later use

3.2 Cut the Erjingtiao green pepper into donkey ear sections about 4cm-5cm long, and cut the garlic and ginger into thin slices

4.1 Stir-fry until the Erjingtiao green pepper changes color and becomes soft, then scoop it out and set aside

5.2 Heat the wok and add the Erjingtiao green pepper section

6.1 Add about 10 peppercorns, then add the pork belly, spread the pork belly evenly, and stir-fry.

7.2 Add a little oil to the wok and heat it to 50-60% hot

8. Keep stir-frying until the pork belly is in a hollow shape.

9. Add garlic slices and ginger slices and stir fry for a while

10. Scrape the pork belly to make it round. Pour the sauce prepared in (3) into the oil in the middle and fry until fragrant and red.

11. Stir-fry the sauce and pork belly evenly

12. Pour in the fried green peppers, stir fry for a while, add a little MSG and you can serve.
