3.2 Marinate the shrimps with their backs opened with a little salt and cooking wine, just a little bit is enough, mainly to remove the fishy smell.

4. Stuff all these ingredients into the shrimp's belly, place it on a baking tray lined with tin foil, and bake it at 200 degrees for 10 minutes. Shrimp are easy to cook, so if you overcook them, they will become mushy.
