1. You can eat together

2. Spinach beef soup:

Main ingredients: 4 taels of spinach, 6 taels of minced beef, 3 cups of broth, and 2 egg whites.

Ingredients: Seasoning: 1/2 teaspoon each of sugar and salt, 1 teaspoon of cornstarch, 4 tablespoons of water. Ingredients for sauce: 2 tablespoons each of cornstarch and boiling water. Method: Wash and chop the spinach, and mix the beef with seasoning. Bring soup to a boil, add beef and cook for about a minute, add spinach and bring to a boil again. Stir the sauce evenly and pour it slowly into the soup. Cook until slightly thick. Add the beaten egg whites, stir well and taste.

3. Beef and Spinach Soup

Cut the carrots into oblique slices, peel the onions and cut them into shreds, put them in a container, add butter, bay leaves and peppercorns and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes. Add tomato sauce when they are half cooked. Wash the spinach, blanch it in boiling water, and cut it into 1.5 cm long segments. Peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces and put them in a container. Add beef broth and cook. When the potatoes are 80% cooked, add the stewed potatoes, beef, carrots, onions, salt, pepper, vinegar, lemon juice and adjust the taste. Add spinach before eating and boil over medium heat for 4 minutes. When serving, put the sliced ​​beef in each soup plate, pour the soup, add the eggs, and pour the condensed milk on it.
