How to make pumpkin and coconut buns

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Set aside butter and shredded coconut.

3. Peel the pumpkin and steam it, or cook it slowly over low heat (without adding water).

5. Stir well and refrigerate for half an hour.

7. Divide the dough that has been fermented twice into small pieces of similar size.

8. Wrap in the prepared pumpkin filling.

9. Pinch into small folds and wrap tightly.

10. Let the dough rise for about 20 minutes with the seam facing down, then steam it until cooked.

11. A steamed bun that combines Chinese and Western flavors is ready.
