Bacon and Vegetable Fried Rice

Bacon and vegetable fried rice is simple to make and not troublesome at all. It is a good choice for those who want to be healthy but are afraid of trouble.

1. Cut the green onion into chopped pieces and cut other ingredients into small dices

2. Add a little cooking wine to the eggs and beat them

3. Fry the eggs first, and then cut them into small pieces while frying them in the pan. Set aside for later use.

4. Heat another pan with oil, add the bacon cubes and fry until cooked.

5. Add onions and carrots, stir fry until fragrant

6. Add rice, stir fry and spread

7. Fry until the rice is loose and there are no clumps.

8. Add diced cucumber and chopped green onion, add appropriate amount of salt, stir fry evenly, and turn off the heat when you smell the green onion fragrance.

9. Pour the rice into a bowl and press it down until the rice is level with the rim of the bowl.

10. Place the large plate upside down on the bowl

12. Gently move the bowl upwards

13. Add broccoli for decoration (optional)

14. Yellow, colorful, and very appetizing
