How to make Chamagu stewed mutton

1. Ingredients: Chamagu lamb bone-in, onion, salt, coriander

2.1 Put it into the clay pot

3.2 Peel the onion and cut it into small pieces, and cut the lamb into pieces

4.1 Bring to a boil over high heat and skim off the foam

5.2 Add cold water

6. Turn to low heat and add onion cubes and simmer for about 2 hours

7. Wash and cut the Chamagu into pieces

8. Add it to the clay pot, add salt and stew for about 15 minutes or about an hour.

9. Wash and chop the coriander, sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve
