11. Take another marinated shrimp, wrap it around the bamboo fungus in a ring shape with its abdomen facing inward, pass the shrimp's tail through the reserved gap and pull it tight to form a shrimp ball. Prepare the rest in order and set aside.

12. Chop the Jinhua ham and set aside.

13. Heat the oil in a wok, add the shrimps and stir-fry until they change color, then remove from the pan and drain the oil.

14. Leave a little oil in the pot, add Jinhua ham chops and stir-fry until fragrant, add appropriate amount of water, shrimps, remaining salt, bring to a boil, add 1 gram of sugar, and thicken with water starch.
