How to make bean-flavored green radish meatballs

There are actually many things to pay attention to when it comes to making a good dish. Of course, cooking is not as difficult as everyone imagines. Everything is difficult at the beginning. First prepare the ingredients and seasonings, and then start making bean and green radish meatballs.

1. Wash half a green radish, 1 bowl of flour, 1 bowl of bean dregs, wash the green onions, and prepare other ingredients.

2.1 Wash and shred the radish.

3.2 Chop the green onion, add five-spice powder and cooking oil and marinate.

4.12 Add a teaspoon of salt to the shredded radish.

6. Mix the chopped scallions and shredded radish evenly.

7. Add okara.

8.1 If the batter is too thick, add appropriate amount of soy milk or water and stir into a uniform batter.

10. Add cooking oil to the pot. When bubbles appear around the oil, put the meatballs in.

11. Prepare half a bowl of water and dip the scoop into the water each time you scoop out a meatball.

12. Wear disposable gloves in your left hand to grab the batter and squeeze it out. It is easy to scoop it into a ball with a spoon dipped in water.

13. Slide it into the pan quickly without getting any batter on it. This method is also the experience taught by my mother.

14. Fry the meatballs until they turn golden brown, then remove from the pan and drain off any excess oil.

15. Fried foods should not be eaten often, but who can resist the temptation? Then have some radish or cucumber to supplement some vitamin C!
