How to cook pork belly and vegetables with rice

1. Peel the pork belly, dice and set aside.

2. Wash the vegetables, break the beans into sections, and cut the carrots and potatoes into dice for later use.

3. Pour an appropriate amount of vegetable oil into the pan on high heat (just a little, the pork belly will release oil).

4. Add the pork belly.

5. Fry the pork belly until the surface is charred.

6. Add chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant, then add vegetables, light soy sauce and thirteen-spice salt, stir-fry evenly and turn off the heat.

7. Wash the rice and put it into the rice cooker with the normal amount of water for cooking.

8. Pour the fried meat and vegetables into the rice cooker, stir with a spatula, cover the lid and press the start button (the normal button for cooking dry rice) until the rice is cooked.

9.The fragrant rice is ready.
