Food is vital to our human body and is closely related to our life. A good diet can prolong your life. On the contrary, a bad diet can take away our precious lives. So we should learn how to cook. I will now introduce rice to you.

1. Soak the dried mushrooms in water for a few minutes, then wash them and change the water to continue soaking.

2.1 Beat the eggs, add a small amount of salt, add the water used to soak the mushrooms, and then pour into the chopped tofu.

3.2 Chop the tofu.

4.1 While steaming the tofu, cut the king oyster mushrooms, carrots and shiitake mushrooms into small pieces.

5.2 Stir well, put into the pot, and steam for 20 minutes after the water boils.

6. Chop the green onion, ginger and garlic.

7. Pour a proper amount of oil into the pot, do not turn on the fire, put the meat filling in first, and use chopsticks to spread it out.

8. Turn on the heat and stir-fry the minced meat. When the minced meat changes color, add chopped ginger, onion, garlic, soybean paste, cooking wine and light soy sauce. After frying until fragrant, add carrots, king oyster mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry for a while.
