Super simple biscuit recipe

2 eggs, 80g fine sugar (add as needed), 1/2 tsp salt, 50g melted butter, 320g flour (medium gluten is fine), 1/2 tsp baking powder

1. Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix them into a uniform dough (you can add the second ingredient only after one ingredient is mixed thoroughly)

2. Sprinkle some flour on the table, pour the dough onto the flour, and sprinkle another layer of flour on the dough.

3. Use a rolling pin to roll it into a 0.3cm thick slice and leave it for 30 minutes.

4. Use cookie cutters (any other shapes of molds will do, if you don't have one, you can use a cup instead) to print out slices of various shapes, poke some holes on them with a fork, and put them in the oiled baking tray.

5. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and bake for about 20 minutes.

Lavender Cookies Recipe

Ingredients: 140g butter 80g powdered sugar 1 egg 1 tsp baking powder 200g low-gluten flour 3.5g (1.5 tbsp) lavender

1. Soak the lavender in boiling water for 2 minutes. Then pour out the water. 1. Soften the butter and beat until it is fluffy and white in color. Add powdered sugar and stir.

2. Beat an egg and add it in.

3. Add the soaked lavender.

4. After mixing all the powders, sift in. Sift a little and stir a little until everything is mixed evenly. Place the mixed dough in the refrigerator for an hour.

Preheat oven to 175 degrees. After taking out the dough, you can shape it and bake it.

Note that it is best not to make it too thin. 175 degrees, about 15 minutes. Because the thickness of cookies made by each person is different, if you make them thicker, you need to increase the time appropriately. It is recommended to take it out halfway and continue baking in another direction so that it can be heated more evenly.
