2. Preparation method

2. Production:

Kill the three snakes, remove the skin, head, tail and internal organs, cook, peel the meat into strips, remove the bones, stir-fry with cooked lard, add cooking wine, snake soup, MSG, refined salt, put in a clay bowl, add ginger slices and scallions, steam in a steamer over medium heat for about an hour, take out the snake meat strips, and stew with the chicken strips that have been coated with egg white and wet starch, cooked civet meat strips, mushroom strips, sturgeon belly strips, fungus, broth, snake soup, boil, add refined salt, pepper, water starch, and cooked lard.
