Easy Apple Pie Recipe

1. Take out the Thousand Layer Skin, thaw it and cut it into 22g slices each. Press it into a round shape the size of the egg tart mold with your hands. Make each mold the same as the tart skin.

2. Peel the apples and cut them into cubes. Add sugar and 5 drops of lemon juice to the water. Bring to a boil over high heat until the water is dry. Let cool after cooking.

3. Put the cooled apples into the tart shell until 80% full.

4. Take another piece of tart crust and flatten it to cover the edge of the apple and pinch it tightly.

5. Use a knife to make three deep cuts on the pie crust, brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
