1. Soak agar in cold water until soft, set aside

2.1 Put the softened agar (agar) into the pot, pour in 550 grams of water (weigh the water used to cook red beans first, add water if it is not enough), add appropriate amount of rock sugar, boil over low heat, stir while cooking, turn off the heat until the sugar and agar melt

3.2 Wash the red beans, put them into the pressure cooker, add water that just covers the red beans, turn on the "beans" button, cook the red beans until they bloom, remove them and set aside, and keep the water for cooking

4. Pour the cooked dacai gao into a container, sprinkle with the boiled red beans, let it cool, cover it with a lid and put it in the refrigerator; (it can also solidify at room temperature, but the weather is hot, I am afraid that it will change taste after leaving it overnight, so I put it in the refrigerator)

5. Use a toothpick or knife to cut a circle along the edge, turn the container upside down on a flat plate, pour out the big vegetable cake, and cut it into pieces and eat it
