How to make homemade pork egg rolls

How to make homemade pork egg rolls

Life is stressful nowadays, and many of our friends suffer from various diseases. Some of these diseases are closely related to our daily diet! Therefore, if you want to be healthy, the first step is to eat healthy and delicious food. So let’s learn how to make homemade pork egg rolls with me today!

1. Chop the dried shrimps and put them into the meat filling. After adding various seasonings, beat in an egg. Stir the meat filling in one direction. When it feels strong, stir until your hands are sore. The purpose of the stir-fry is to prevent the meat filling from falling apart during the cooking process. Tip: If you use Weijiaxian soy sauce, there is no need to add MSG or other flavoring seasonings.

2. Prepare dry starch.

3. Add a small amount of water to make water starch. Tips: Remember not to beat the eggs directly into the dry starch, as the dry starch and eggs cannot be mixed immediately.

4. Beat the eggs into the water starch and mix well. Tips: You can add a small amount of salt, which can dissolve the jelly-like egg white.

5. Pour the oil into the pan and pour it out after the pan is heated. Use a regular frying pan at home to scoop a spoonful of egg liquid into the pan, and shake the pan constantly to spread the egg liquid evenly on the bottom of the pan. When the egg skin is cooked, turn the pot upside down and pour out the egg skin. Tips: Many friends find this step difficult, but it is actually very simple. If the egg skin sticks to the pan, just blow hard on the edge of the egg skin and the egg skin will fall off. (Please swallow your saliva before blowing hard...)

6. Spread the meat filling evenly on the egg skin, and don't put too much meat filling.

7. Slowly roll up the egg skin, and fold the left and right sides a little bit inward before rolling, so that the meat filling will not come out when frying.

8. Seal the mouth tightly to prevent it from opening during frying.

9. Pour a little oil into the pan, heat it, put in the egg rolls, and fry slowly over low heat.

10. After one side is fried until golden brown, turn it over and fry the other side. Usually you need to turn it twice to fry three sides.

11. Fry one side for four minutes until it is almost cooked. Take it out and cut it diagonally.

12. Arrange the dish and you are done. The effect will be better if you have some red and green vegetables at home. Some friends like to steam it, but I think fried it looks better, with tender yellow inside and golden yellow outside, with distinct layers.

Maybe you have eaten homemade pork egg rolls before, but after reading the introduction above, you finally know how it is made. Is there any reason to make it yourself?
