How to make celery delicious

(Step 3: Keep the shredded pork 80% cooked, otherwise when it is 100% cooked and then combined with the celery, the meat will not be as tender.) 4. Heat another pan with oil, pour in the celery and stir-fry quickly. When you smell the aroma, pour in the shredded pork and stir-fry for a while to allow the flavors of the celery and pork to blend. Turn off the heat, sprinkle in the chopped red pepper and serve.

Stir-fried Celery and Dried Tofu

Ingredients: 200 grams of celery, auxiliary ingredients: 100 grams of dried tofu, seasoning: 3 grams of salt, 2 grams of MSG, 3 grams of pepper, 10 grams of ginger juice, 5 grams of ginger, 2 grams of white sugar, 5 grams of pea starch, 30 grams of peanut oil. Method: 1. Cut the dried tofu into strips and the celery into sections, blanch them in boiling water and remove them; 2. Soak the pepper in hot water to make pepper water; 3. Heat peanut oil in a pot, add shredded ginger and stir-fry, then add the dried tofu and stir-fry; 4. Add the celery sections and other seasonings, stir-fry over high heat until tender; 5. Add MSG, thicken with a thin starch, drizzle with cooking oil, and serve.
