6. Cut the potatoes and carrots into strips, and use the remaining gravy from steaming the pork elbow to cook the potatoes and carrots. After cooking, the remaining soup is made into sweet and sour sauce.

7. Take out the roasted pork elbow and put it on a plate. I added some sauerkraut here.
