How to make spicy fried pork with wild rice stem

Spicy stir-fried shredded pork with wild rice stem is a healthy and green dish. Different from various street snacks, the ingredients required are all non-toxic and pollution-free green foods, and it also has the function of enhancing people's immunity. 1. Prepare the ingredients. 400g wild rice stem, 20g carrot, 20g pepper, 150g pork

2. Wash the ingredients, remove the leaves of wild rice stem, peel and root the carrots, and remove the stems and seeds of the green peppers.

3. Slice the wild rice stem and then cut it into diamond shapes at an angle.

4. Cut carrots and green peppers into strips and set aside.

5. Add water to the pot and bring it to a boil, then blanch the water bamboo shoots! Then drain and cool with water, drain and set aside.

6. Prepare 10 grams of cooking wine, 15 grams of soy sauce, 10 grams of oyster sauce, 1 egg, and 10 grams of white sugar.

7. Cut the pork into shreds.

8. Put the shredded pork in a container, add 10 grams of sugar, one egg white, 15 grams of cooking wine, 15 grams of soy sauce, and 10 grams of oyster sauce, mix well and put it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

10. Put 15 grams of peanut oil in the pot, heat the oil to 70% hot, add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry over high heat.

11. Put the shredded meat into the pot and stir-fry evenly.

12. When the shredded pork is 80% cooked, add carrots and green peppers and stir-fry over high heat.

13. When the carrots change color, add wild rice stem, 5 grams of salt and 8 grams of chicken essence, stir-fry over high heat until the sauce is reduced and turn off the heat.

14. Serve. A nutritious, tender, spicy and delicious dish of stir-fried wild rice stem and shredded pork is ready to be served.

You can eat more spicy stir-fried pork with water chestnuts in summer, but some people don’t like too cold food. You can heat it up before eating. It has a very high nutritional value and can supplement various nutrients needed by the human body.
