5. Place a layer of tin foil on the bottom of the baking tray

6. Fold another piece of tin foil into a bag, leaving a lid, and arrange the ribs.

7. Pour in the marinade and cover with excess tin foil.

8. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees, middle layer, low heat. After baking for 35-45 minutes, remove the foil cover. Continue baking for another 10-15 minutes.
