13. Heat up a pan with oil, add shredded ginger and chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant.

14. Pour in the fried tofu and stir-fry slightly.

15. Pour in two tablespoons of delicious soy sauce and an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil over high heat.

16. After cooking for 10 minutes, pour in the washed rapeseed and soaked black fungus, and simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.

17. Sprinkle in a small amount of fine salt, thicken with water starch, and reduce the sauce.
