How to make homemade mini fried dough sticks

Busy work and difficulty in cooking are the main reasons why many people choose to eat in restaurants. In fact, although cooking takes a little time, doing it yourself can better maintain your health, which is worthwhile. It is easy to make your own mini fried dough sticks, and people who have no talent for cooking can also master it through simple learning.

1. After the dough is kneaded, dip your hands in oil, spread the oil on the dough, cover with plastic wrap and let it ferment until it is twice the size of the original dough.

2. Beat the milk and eggs into a clean bowl, add yeast, salt, oil, mix well, and then add appropriate amount of flour. No need to add water, and the dough should not be too hard.

3. Apply oil on the dough, divide the fermented dough into 4 pieces, press them into long strips, and cut them evenly into small strips with a knife. (I didn’t take a photo because my hands were oily)

4. Add oil to the pot and heat it until it is 60% hot, then put in the small noodles. Pull them with your hands when putting them in, and they will shrink after entering the pot. Fry until golden brown and drain the oil.

Eating fast food frequently is not good for your health and can easily lead to obesity. Homemade mini fried dough sticks are convenient and healthy. It is recommended to add more vinegar. Eating more vinegar and less salt is the key to staying healthy.
