Ingredients:

80g low-gluten flour, 4 eggs, 20g white sugar (in the egg yolk), 60g white sugar (in the egg white)

50g corn oil, 60g milk, 2g tartar powder, 100g light cream, 20g sugar (put in the cream)

practice:

1. Prepare all the materials.

2. Separate the egg whites and yolks and place them in two separate bowls without water or oil.

3. Add sugar, milk and corn oil to the egg yolk and mix well.

4. Sift in the low-gluten flour. Sift in the flour twice. Mix well each time before sifting in the next time.

5. Mix the egg yolk paste.

6. Add tartar powder to egg whites and beat with an electric whisk until coarse foam is formed.

7. Add 20 grams of white sugar and beat until thick and foamy.

8. Add 20 grams of sugar for the second time and beat until the egg whites become more and more fluffy

9. Add all the sugar and beat until hard foam

10. When the whisk comes out with a small pointed corner, it is meringue.

11. Add one third of the meringue to the egg yolk paste and mix well.

12. Pour the egg yolk paste into the remaining meringue and mix well.

13. Mixed cake batter

14. Cover the baking tray with tin foil, pour the cake batter in and use a spatula to smooth the surface. If there are bubbles on the surface, pierce them with a toothpick and shake the baking tray.

15. Put it in the preheated oven, 150 degrees on the top, 180 degrees on the bottom, middle layer for 15 minutes

16. After baking, take it out, shake it and then turn it upside down on the grill.

17. Remove the baking tray and then tear off the tin foil

18. Add 20 grams of sugar to the whipped cream and beat until hard.

19. Divide the cake into two pieces, spread the cream on one piece, and then spread the cream on the other piece.

20. Apply another layer of cream

21. Cut into small pieces and decorate with your favorite decorations and fruits
