2. Mix eggs, egg whites and milk thoroughly in a bowl, then stir in coffee, water and vanilla extract.

3. In a large bowl, add flour, 100 grams of sugar, baking powder and salt and mix well. Slowly add liquid mixture to flour mixture, stirring until thoroughly combined and batter becomes thick like cake batter. Scoop the batter into the baking dish cups, filling only two-thirds of the way up. In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and 2 tablespoons powdered sugar and sprinkle over batter in baking cups.

4. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
