Tip: It is better to add salt when frying the peppers. If you add it later, the peppers will be lighter and spicier. In our words, it is - light spicy.

What is pepper

Okra, scientifically known as okra, is native to America. It was brought back to China from Japan by overseas students from Liuyang, Hunan in the late Qing Dynasty.
