How to make black fungus with vinegar

Put the coriander, chopped chili peppers and black fungus in a larger container, add soy sauce, vinegar (you can add more), chicken essence, a little sesame oil, and mix well.

Seasoning: 2 grams of salt, 1 gram of MSG, 5 grams of soy sauce, 5 grams of aged vinegar, 2 grams of minced garlic, 1 gram of sesame oil, 1 gram of mustard oil, and 5 grams of red oil. Method: 1.
