The method of making cream fruit meringue is not as complicated as everyone thinks. Prepare the tableware and seasonings first. Then start following the steps and remember to control the heat well.

1. Prepare the necessary ingredients

2. Separate the egg white

3. Add a little lemon juice to the egg white

4. After beating until coarse bubbles appear, add fine sugar in three times

5. Beat until the egg whites are pointed.

6. Add a spoonful of corn starch

7. Use a spatula to mix evenly from bottom to top

8. Put the egg white paste into a piping bag and squeeze out a round base of uniform size on a baking tray covered with tin foil.

9. Then squeeze a circle of egg white paste on the edge of the round bottom to form a small bowl shape

10. Put it into the oven, middle layer, 150 degrees, 1 hour

11. Take an appropriate amount of whipped cream and add a little sugar and beat until it is very fluffy.

12. Pour the whipped milk into the middle of the baked meringue

13. Place various delicious fruits on the cream and enjoy.
