1.Cut all ingredients into small pieces

2.1 Boil the mushrooms and beans in hot water, then wash and drain. Add some salt when cooking. Keep the beans green, but do not use water-soaked mushrooms to prevent the fragrance from being boiled away.

3.2 Remove the bones from the chicken legs and cut them into small pieces. Mix them with cornstarch and soy sauce, and then seal the moisture with salad oil and marinate for about 10 minutes.

8. Finally, add water chestnuts and appropriate amount of Chu Hou sauce (optional), stir well with soy sauce
