Tofu Veggie Pancakes

It is true that being able to eat is a blessing, because eating is directly related to our health. Eat well and you will be healthy. If you eat out all the year round, you must not eat well and naturally you are unhealthy. So in order to change all this, you now need to learn how to make tofu vegetarian pancakes with me.

1. Ingredients: tofu, carrot, fungus, eggs, black sesame.

2.1 Put the tofu in a bowl and mince it.

3.2 Grate carrots, cut fungus into shreds, and chop green onions.

4.1 Add salt, chopped green onion and a little oyster sauce and mix well.

5.2 Add grated carrots, shredded wood ear mushrooms and an egg.

6. Take a small piece of blended tofu and roll it into a ball with a diameter of 3 cm.

7. Take a tofu ball and sprinkle sesame seeds on one side. All done in order.

8. Put it in the frying pan and gently flatten it into a round cake shape with a hand spatula.

9. When one side is shaped, turn over and fry the other side.
