1. Prepare the main ingredients: pig skin,

3. Put water in the pot, add pig skin and cooking wine after the water boils and cook for 2 minutes.

4. Take out the cooked pig skin and wash it with clean water.

5. Use a knife to scrape off the remaining fat on the inside of the boiled pig skin.

6. After scraping, cut into even filaments.

7. Wash the shredded pork skin twice with clean water, then add onion, ginger, star anise and appropriate amount of clean water, bring to a boil over high heat and then turn to medium-low heat.

8. After 30 minutes, add a little salt, remove the onion, star anise and ginger slices and continue cooking for 1 hour.

9. I forgot about it after cooking it for so long. There is only this much left. Add some dark soy sauce.

10. Prepare a fresh-keeping box.

11. Pour the cooked pork skin and water into a fresh-keeping box, cool until it is not hot to the touch, and refrigerate until it is completely frozen.

12. After refrigeration, the jelly solidifies and you can cut it into your favorite shape and dip it in your favorite sauce.
