2. Pour vegetable oil into a wok and heat it. Add diced tomatoes and stir-fry until cooked. Then add salt and sugar, stir well. Dish out and set aside.

1. Dice the tomatoes, wash the corn kernels, and chop the coriander for later use.

2. Heat the oil in the pan and add the chopped tomatoes.

3. When the tomatoes are half cooked, pour in the corn kernels and continue to stir-fry. Use the tomato juice to cook the corn kernels. Add salt and thirteen spices. When the corn kernels are cooked, you can serve them on a plate.
