5. Sprinkle some salt and rub for a few minutes.

7. Tie tightly with clean gauze.

8. Tie it up with cotton thread and place it in a ventilated place to dry for 15 days.

9. When eating, wash off the dust on the outside with clean water and soak it for half a day.

10. Take a pressure cooker, add ginger, green onion, and water that covers the pork trotter.

11. Add cooking wine, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 40 minutes.

12. Open the pressure cooker and take out the pork trotter.

13. Cool down, remove the cotton thread and gauze.

14. Slice and serve.
