8. Pour the prepared filling into the pastry skin, roll out the excess dough and cut it into 1CM wide strips. Arrange the long strips on the filling as shown in the picture. Finally, press the edges with a fork and remove the excess. Brush the pie crust with egg wash.

9. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, put the pie plate in, bake at 200 degrees for 25 minutes, then lower the temperature and bake for another 20 minutes.
