Of course, if you only eat the jelly, this step can be omitted.

4. Cut the cooked pork elbow into small pieces and spread them on the bottom of the container

5. When cooking the pig skin, you must control the heat well. After boiling over high heat, turn down the heat and keep the water in a state of boiling. Cook until the pig skin is soft and the water is reduced by half, which should take more than an hour. Remove the onion, ginger, pepper and other seasonings and throw them away. Remove the pig skin and cut it into strips. Pour the soup into the container with the elbow meat.

6. After cooling naturally, put it in the refrigerator
