13. After stir-frying for 1 minute, the vermicelli will be softened. Simmer on low heat for 5-8 minutes.

14. Add cabbage and frozen tofu, then add 100ML of boiling water.

15. Stir-fry gently to avoid breaking the tofu. After the cabbage wilts, add the sauce you just prepared and simmer on low heat for 5-8 minutes.

16. After the sauce is reduced, turn off the heat, add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence, stir-fry evenly with residual heat, and serve. (I didn’t add salt, my taste is light, so the saltiness of the soy sauce is fine)
