6. Bring 1 tablespoon of Sichuan pepper oil to a boil and pour it over the pork elbow to bring out the aroma. Add soy sauce, salt, sugar, vinegar, chili oil, 1 tablespoon of broth (the broth from pork elbow can be used) and mix well. Add a few drops of sesame oil and stir well.
