16. Turn the cake over, face up, place wax paper under the cake, and apply whipped cream on the cake surface.

17. Roll the cake into a roll with wax paper and put it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to set.

18. Take out the cake roll and cut it into 3 cm width.
