1.12 Ingredients: Pork stuffing bean curd skin

3. Add cooking wine, white pepper, Daxida barbecue sauce, oyster sauce, egg white, salt and starch to the minced meat and beat until firm. (Leave the egg yolk for sealing)

4. Unwrap the tofu skin and spread it flat on the chopping board.

5.12 Spread a layer of whipped meat filling evenly, leaving a little bit of the edge unspread.

6.21 Roll up from one end and apply a little egg yolk liquid to the edge without meat filling to seal it.

7. Roll up all the bean curd skin and meat filling in this way. (I also rolled an egg roll)

8. Put the rolled rolls into the steamer and steam over high heat for 15 minutes.

9. The steamed bean curd rolls are a little wrinkled.

10. Put a piece of tin foil in the wok and put some sugar on the tin foil.

11. Put a sieve in the wok, put the tofu rolls in, cover the pot, turn on the fire, and when you see thick smoke coming out, turn off the fire after 1 minute and simmer for three minutes.

14. Brush with sesame oil, let it cool down and then slice it and serve.
