How to make homemade fruit jelly

Watermelon Jelly

1. Ingredients: 1 watermelon, 15 grams of gelatin powder, water (10 tablespoons of water for 15 grams of gelatin powder).

2. Method:

(1) Cut the watermelon in half, remove the pulp and seeds; squeeze the pulp into juice (about 300 ml), add sugar to the juice and mix well; put the gelatin powder in a bowl and soak it in water until it becomes a viscous paste.

(2) Steam the soaked gelatin powder in hot water.

(3) Mix the gelatin powder and water with the melon juice (skim off the white foam floating on the surface of the juice) and pour it into the empty watermelon rind (one watermelon can make half a watermelon jelly).

(4) Place the watermelon rind filled with juice in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours until it is frozen.

(5) In the middle of the freezing process, put a few watermelon seeds on the surface of the jelly. This will make the watermelon jelly look real.

Seasonal Jelly

1 Ingredients: 150g mulberries, 50g strawberries, appropriate amount of honey, appropriate amount of gelatin powder, appropriate amount of boiled water.

2. Method:

(1) Weigh out the approximate amount of gelatin powder according to the amount of fruit (generally about 10 grams).

(2) Pour the mixture into a container and set aside.

(3) Then, add an appropriate amount of boiled water and mix well.

(4) Place in the microwave for 10-15 seconds, then take out and let cool.

(3) Soak the gelatin sheets in warm water until softened.

(4) Add sugar to the orange flesh and put it into a juicer to make juice.

(5) Dissolve the gelatin sheets in water and add to the orange juice, stirring evenly.

(6) Pour the mixture back into the orange peel bowl and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
