How to fry tenderloin

The method of frying pork tenderloin is relatively simple. Even if you don’t cook much, you can master it through simple learning.

1. Prepare the pork tenderloin and carrots. The cucumber was an afterthought and I didn’t take a photo.

2. Wash and slice the pork tenderloin, and wash and cut the cucumber and carrot into shreds.

3. Put the pork tenderloin into a pot, add salt and cooking wine and marinate for 20 minutes

4. Then add a little water and corn starch and mix well

5. Heat the pan, add a proper amount of oil, turn to low heat, and put the meat slices into the pan one by one.

6. When the slices of meat are fixed, put the meat slices

7. Fry the meat until golden brown, drain the oil and serve.

8. Then add carrots and cucumbers and stir-fry

9. Add salt, cooking wine, oyster sauce, sesame oil and vinegar and stir fry evenly.

10. Add a little water and boil

11. Add the meat slices and chopped green onions after the water boils.

12. Stir fry evenly

13. Serve

I believe you will be able to learn it quickly. I would like to remind you that if you like chili, you can add fresh rice chili when stir-frying.
