How to make small desserts at home

Dessert is the favorite food of children at home, especially when children are crying, it becomes a food to comfort children. In fact, many small desserts are very easy to make at home. First of all, the ingredients for desserts are very common in the market. Secondly, desserts are simple to make and you don’t have to go out to eat them. You can easily make a few desserts at home, enjoy the air conditioning, and eat the desserts you made with your family. Isn’t it a different experience! Red Bean and Coconut Milk Cake

Material:

25 grams of soybeans, 150 grams of coconut milk, 250 grams of fresh milk, 50 grams of corn starch, and 35 grams of sugar.

practice:

1. Soak the red beans in boiling water for half an hour, then put them into the pot and cook until they are cooked but the skin is not broken. Remove from the water and set aside.

2. Put all the remaining ingredients into the pot and simmer over low heat, stirring constantly to prevent the pot from sticking. Cook until thick.

3. Add the cooked and drained red beans and stir gently until the red beans are evenly distributed.

4. Pour into any mold or container of your favorite shape and let cool. Use a knife to remove the mixture from the mold and turn it upside down. You can cut it into pieces or eat it directly with a spoon.

Lazy Cake

Material:

5 eggs, 4 spoons of sugar, flour

practice:

Add 5 eggs and 4 spoons of sugar (without water) and stir for 10 minutes. Then add 7 tablespoons of flour and stir evenly. Pour directly into the rice cooker (apply a layer of oil inside the pot to prevent sticking). Press the cooking button until the rice cooker jumps directly to the keep warm mode. Then turn it over and scald it again. It will become the tiger skin effect you see now on both sides... This is very convenient... but very cute~

Caramel Milk Egg Pudding

This caramel milk egg pudding does not require an oven and the ingredients are very common, so anyone can find them easily.

Material:

50g sugar, 2 egg yolks, 240g milk, 50g QQ sugar

practice:

1. Put 50 grams of sugar into a pot and melt over low heat.

2. When it melts into a dark color (don’t overdo it, it was a bit too dark for me this time), add hot water and stir. This is caramel.

3. Pour the caramel into the prepared container and refrigerate for a while.

4. 2 egg yolks, 240 grams of milk, 50 grams of qq sugar. I used orange pineapple flavor, put them together.

5. Just dissolve the QQ sugar in water (put the egg yolk + milk + QQ sugar in a container, then put it in a pot with water, boil the water, turn off the heat, stir constantly, and the QQ sugar will dissolve).

6. Filter and pour into the container with caramel.

7. Put it in the refrigerator for 3 hours and it will be ready.

8. When taking the pudding, use a toothpick to turn it around and put the mold on the plate. You can also cover it with a hot towel for a while and then take away the mold.
